Description
On this magnificent ?terroir? of Minerve from now on accompanied by our youngest son, Thibaut, we work passionately on22 ha of grapevines in the PDO Minervois area.The vinification process of the traditional grape stock of Languedoc is free of sulphites and is maintained under constant temperature control, based on modern technology. The result: Fruity, spicy, balanced and warm, wines labelled AB (organic agriculture) since the harvest of 2013.
