LE TEMPS D'UN ÉTÉ, located between the Negresco Hotel and the Palais de la Méditerranée, in the heart of the Promenade des Anglais.
The private beach club is composed of a Restaurant, with a seating capacity of 250 and 172 sunbeds. We offer a unique seaside experience that is conducive to relaxation. We offer a unique seaside experience that is conducive to relaxation and to filling up on sunshine and sea air.
Our cuisine is based on a clever mix of refinement, French savoir-faire with a Mediterranean accent and elegance. We change our menus according to the seasons, depending on what arrives. Every two days, our Chef Nicolas Selow proposes a menu of suggestions according to his desires. On the pastry side, Cyrille Tropheme leads the way and prepares tasty, gourmet and original desserts.
