  We are Gisèle and Vincent Croizard, we open the doors to our cocoon of happiness. This is a true Nîmes abode, located at number 17 on a forgotten street, not far from the ?Jardins de la Fontaine? park and very close to the Carré d?Art contemporary art gallery. We acknowledge the importance of sharing ideas, bringing about discovery and ultimately recipes with individual personality. Our cooking is simple and makes use of fresh products, from Gard and the Cevennes. Our flavours and textures, and the way they interplay, are audacious. These contrasts mean we serve dishes with unusual, even stunning, combinations. In short, I invent and reinvent my cooking, which I feel is of a convivial variety, and I am always keen to look for new flavours. What more can I say? Come by! We are waiting for you!
