LES VIGNERONS D'ALIGNAN DU VENT - CAVEAU DE NEFFIES

  Since 2009, the wine growers of Alignan du Vent and Neffiès have been sharing their skills and the special qualities of this wine growing area, or «terroir», under the banner of the «Les Vignerons d?Alignan du Vent-Neffiès» wine-making cooperative.The vineyard covers almost 900 hectares on a variety of soils, including old gravelly terraces and soils of schist or clay and limestone. It runs from the foothills of the Montagne Noire (Black Mountain) to the heart of the Côtes de Thongue.Careful as they are about the environment, for several years now the wine growers have committed themselves to the Terra Vitis ?
