Location
Description
The cellar is located at Château de Caussiniojouls which the Chabbert family is restoring and whose 18-metre high keep overlooks the whole plain. Dating back to the 12th century, this château has two recently enlarged maturation cellars as well as the sales and wine tasting cellar. The vineyard is mainly planted with Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Carignan.
