  Le Mas du Notaire: in the heart of the small Camargue in Gallician-Vauvert, in the small Camargue between Nîmes and Montpellier, Le Mas du Notaire, whose stones date from the middle of the 19th century, takes its name from one of its owners at the beginning of the 20th century, then an honorary notary.
Acquired in 2004 by the Jean-Pierre RAMBIER family, echoing Mireille's first profession, it was completely renovated in 2007.The estate covers 30 hectares of vines with rolled pebbles, on the old bed of the Rhône, typical of the Rhone Valley in AOP Costières de Nîmes.
Traditional methods, transmitted for more than 5 generations, of vine cultivation, harvesting, vinification and ageing are rigorously applied.
