Location
Description
A haven of peace and tranquillity a stone’s throw away from Lons-le-Saunier, the Auberge de Chavannes was a Michelin-starred restaurant for 27 years. Owned at the time by Monique and Pierre Carpentier, it was a highly respected landmark of Jura gastronomy.
Véronique and Michel Béjeannin took over the Auberge in 2012 and strive to maintain the spirit of the place, providing high quality hotel accommodations with professional service coupled with fine dining imbued by the Mediterranean influences they acquired during their 26 years of experience running a restaurant in L'Estaque, a district of Marseille
