MAISON NOILLY PRAT

  Since 1813, in Marseillan, Noilly-Prat have jealously guarded the lengthy, unique recipe created by Joseph Noilly. Our «blancs de blancs» wines mature for months in our storehouses and then spend a year out in the open-air. It's this maturation process, followed by assembly and slowly maceration with herbs from 5 continents, that gives Noilly Prat its strong, distinct flavour. Its delicate bouquet makes it the preferred pre-dinner drink for connoisseurs and a closely guarded secret for some of the world's top chefs.
