It was the bistro of a village drowned in the vineyards and forests that flow down from the Montagne Noire, a stone's throw from the sea. Robert Eden and the CHÂTEAU MARIS team decided to make a 21st century wine-bar, echoing its glorious beginnings, a place where we would meet around simple, lively, Mediterranean cuisine, drinking the natural, biodynamic wines of the estate and from vintner friends from here and elsewhere. It is seasonal, locavore, fresh cuisine that we want to serve you at GRAND CAFÉ OCCITAN. Like the organic vegetables from the gardens here, Chickens, meats from the black mountain, and fish from the Mediterranean.

Thanks to a huge terrace under the trees and canisses, the embers leave their mark on the products. A daily menu at noon, dishes to share in the evening, all at prices that are reasonable. The star, in fact, is the child of the country: the wine.
