  What are EDF Bazacle spaces? In the city center of Toulouse, discover this unusual place of 2000 m² dedicated to the hydroelectric industry, the historical heritage, the local culture and also to the scientific pedagogy and biodiversity of the Garonne.

Both a museum and a hydraulic power plant in operation since 1888, the EDF Bazacle spaces offer a diversified offer: a free visit circuit around energy and biodiversity, permanent and temporary exhibitions, a gallery reserved for exhibitions of local photographers. The highlight of the show, the large panoramic terrace overlooking the Garonne with a breathtaking view of the city of Toulouse and its ephemeral place of restoration that will welcome you on sunny days in an exceptional setting ...

Do you want to unravel the mysteries of hydroelectricity? Register for free for our guided tours, whether you come with family, friends or groups (schools, associations...). On weekends and during school holidays, you can also enjoy a variety of activities: conferences, treasure hunts, animated film screenings and scientific workshops on electricity...

Every year, nearly 80,000 visitors, young and old, come to admire this unusual place open all year round from 10am to 6pm (except Mondays).
