Location
Description
Domaine Cavailles has been owed by the same family for three generations. It is located in Minerve, in the heart of the Minervois area, a land of legend, where history, the La Cesse and Le Brian gorges, the causse (limestone plateau) and the vines are all to be found.The plots are on sloping clay and limestone soils, allowing robust wines to be produced that have delicate notes of red fruit, spices and the garrigue (Mediterranean scrubland).Didier and Martine invite you to come and discover and taste the red and rosé wines at their cellar, situated in the heart of the stronghold of Minerve.
