Location
Description
Château Montfin was established in 2002 by the ESTEVE family and is located in the hills overlooking the Etang des Bages lagoon and the Mediterranean. The property consists of around 20 hectares of vines under cultivation. Because of its concern to conserve the environment, Château Montfin has signed up to the adoption of organic production methods whilst, at the same time, expressing the character of the local soils through its wines. In order to be sure of producing quality wines, the yield is small, harvesting is carried out manually and the grapes are carefully sorted.
