CHATEAU COUPE-ROSES

  The Château Coupe-Roses was taken over in 1987 by a local woman who works the vineyards with her husband, combining tradition and modernity, and bringing together age-old local practices and modern ?nological principles, with the aim of creating wines that will be unforgettable on the palate. A wine-growing estate in the heart of the wild Minervois area, producing wines that are the product of the local wine growing soils and of non-polluting farming techniques that respect the environment. Modern and yet traditional, savours to be discovered.
