The Tourist Board is labeled Tourisme & Handicap for the 4 disabilities (hearing, mental, motor and visual )
The Saint-Malo Tourist Board also received the Accessible Tourism Gold Trophy in 2017, a national award marking the official recognition for the quality of the range of equipment and services dedicated to people with disabilities.
The staff has been trained to disability awareness to welcome people acoording to their disability.
An large range of services and documents are adapted to different types of disabilities.
Many facilities and equipment have been made to welcome all people with and without disability.
