  Les Grands Buffets in Narbonne offers something quite unique: a brand new kitchen and rotisserie in the middle of the restaurant, where you can see lobster à l?américaine, tournedos with foie gras, cassoulet with duck confit and whole spit-roast baby Pyrenean lamb.Diners can help themselves to a vast array of different dishes from the sumptuous buffet: organic vegetable hors d??uvres, smoked and cured charcuterie (sliced with a genuine 1961 Berkel ham-slicer), and of course what no good buffet can be without - foie gras, sea-food platter including oysters, crab, smoked salmon?
