  Authenticity, tradition and conviviality at the very heart of the Creole Village Hell-Bourg, classified as one of the ""Most Beautiful Villages in France"".Le Relais des Cimes hotel-restaurant offers 29 rooms with all modern conveniences, including 18 bedrooms in the main building which was built in the Creole style and 11 bedrooms located in an authentic 19th Creole residence. One room is equipped for disabled people. Pets accepted for an additional fee. The Restaurant offers an introduction to the flavours of Creole cuisine. Specialities: trout flambée with vanilla, coconut chicken, vanilla crème brûlée, plain chocolate and pear fondant cake. Traditional French specialities are also served.
