Location
Description
Grandes Canalettes, or «Subterranean Versailles», is today considered by more than a million visitors to be one of the most beautiful cave systems in France, with its rich concretions and crystalline formations (one of the last remaining caves open to the public in France). The cave is open all day every day for self-guided tours that follow the luminous information panels (in different languages) and audio circuit (photographs and video allowed).
