OFFICE DE TOURISME DE NARBONNE

  The Narbonne Tourist Office and its Narbonne Plage Annexe gained the Qualité Tourisme kite mark on 7 July 2013.The Tourist Office, located in an old mill known as ?Entre-Deux-Villes?, and built in 1503, stands on one of the main streets in the town centre, the Rue Jean Jaurès. The building has a Wi-Fi area with free access to computers. We allow up to one hour's access for people using smart phones, tablets and laptops and 30 minutes on the three work -stations situated on the lower ground floor of the Tourist Office (logins and passwords available from reception). This service is available to adults only. The Office also has a wall screen showing images of the city of Narbonne together with information and news. In addition, there is an interactive terminal at the entrance to the tourist office buildings in Narbonne and Narbonne-Plage, providing tourist information 24/7. Our Narbonne and Narbonne-Plage offices were awarded the Tourisme et Handicap quality label for all four types of disability: physical, visual, hearing and mental.
