  It was in a park, at the foot of the ruins of the legendary City of Carcassonne, that Chef Franck Putelat established his gourmet restaurant and then, in 2013, the ?Le Parc? hotel. The hotel boasts seven bedrooms, with elegant and refined design, which is reflected in the rest of the building. With driftwood logs set against slate, the harmony and comfort created seeks to prolong the emotions created by Chef Franck Putelat. In four-star suites and bedrooms, there is a sense of fluidity which is accentuated by the large bay windows which blurs the barrier between the interior and the exterior terrace, which sometimes boasts a Jacuzzi.
