  With fathers and sons growing wine for over six generations, the Castor family is an example of continuity and tradition. Each generation has shared the same passion for excellence and has worked tirelessly on a daily basis to keep this heritage alive. Located in the southern part of the Rhône Valley, Château Saint Nabor produces wines of the highest quality. Our vineyards grow traditional Rhône Valley grape varieties, such as Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan and Cinsault to produce red and rosé wines. For white wines we grow Grenache Blanc, Ungi Blanc, Roussanne, Viognier and Chardonnay.
