DOMAINE PIC JOAN

  We produce the AOC wines Collioure and Banyuls. Our work is done by hand, in a reasoned way which is respectful of the environment. These are the wines we love and seek to grow on this terroir, a soil of dry and tough schist, with a Mediterranean influence. This mountainous vineyard excites us, it is something we dreamed of and now we?ve created our own special cellar. We take a lot of care in producing our wines, attributing great importance to both tradition and modernity, by careful selection and mastery of the fermentation process. We are respectful of the tannins and aromas of our grape juice. We take great care when selecting the wood and heat for our casks, so the wines age on fine lees.
