Description
Listed as World Heritage by UNESCO, Pont du Gard is the most prestigious element of the Nîmes aqueduct. 1.2 million persons each year are marvelled by this testimony of human genius, the highest Roman aqueduct bridge. In a natural setting extending over 165 ha, the Pont du Gard Site provides answers to the feat of this unique monument by way of its museums, exhibitions, guided tours and cultural events.
